What this site collects

• Service-request details you submit — name, phone number, optional email, property city and optional address, and your description of the lift problem, submitted through the request form or given by phone.
• Call information — calls to the number published on this site are routed through a call-tracking service, which records standard call metadata (caller number, time, duration) and may record the call itself where permitted; you'll hear any required notice on the call.
• Attribution data — when you arrive from a search or ad, the landing page, referrer, and standard campaign parameters may be stored with your request so the site can tell how requests originate.
• Usage analytics — if analytics tools are active, they collect standard, non-identifying usage data about page visits.

How it's used

Request details are used for one purpose: routing your service request to a qualified independent service provider and enabling that provider to contact you about it. This website may receive compensation when a service request is shared with a third-party provider. Your details are shared with the provider handling your request and with the service vendors that operate the site's forms, email delivery, and call routing — not sold, and not shared for unrelated marketing.

Consent

The request form includes an explicit consent checkbox describing exactly who may contact you and how. The consent text version you agreed to is stored with your request. Consent to be contacted about your request is not a subscription to anything.

Retention and your choices

Request records are retained as long as needed to route and follow up on the request and to meet legal obligations. You can ask for your request details to be corrected or deleted via the contact form or by phone, and deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept by law.

Security

Request data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Rate limiting and anti-abuse measures process a one-way-hashed form of network identifiers rather than storing raw addresses with submissions.
